Homicide detectives arrest Uluao Frank Muasau of San Bernardino for the murder of Harold Osbourne

LOCATION: 6900 block of N. Barton St., San Bernardino
VICTIM: Harold Osbourne, 24 years old, transient
SUSPECT: Uluao Frank Muasau, 39 years old, resident of San Bernardino
SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 12:38 a.m. deputies were notified by San Bernardino Police that officers responded to a man down call and found a male victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to St. Bernadine’s Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. As officers reviewed the crime scene they discovered the shooting occurred in San Bernardino Sheriff’s jurisdiction.
Sheriff’s Homicide Detectives responded to conduct the investigation. Detectives have determined that Osbourne and Mausau were involved in an argument and then Mausau shot Osbourne. Details about the argument and motive for the shooting are not being released at this time.
Homicide Detectives and the Specialized Enforcement Detail located Muasau near his residence in San Bernardino and arrested him without incident. He was booked at Central Detention Center for murder and is being held on $1,000,000 bail.
