Members of Sheriff Victor Hill’s elite Fugitive Squad have just captured Jorge Beltran at a location in Forest Park.  Beltran made #1 on Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most wanted when he shot and killed a man who tried to defuse and altercation between himself and another individual at “The Oasis” located on Jonesboro Road Saturday night.  

Soon Beltran will be facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest military jail now better known to all as “The Hill-ton.”
