3rd Precinct Commander Captain A. Costa greets business owners and residents during his Community walk with Community Service Officer M. Silva.
Executive Officer Lieutenant A. Cruz joined Captain Costa in welcoming East Side High School’s freshmen for Community Wednesdays. a partnership between the 3rd Precinct and the high school.
Community Service Officers Silva and Barbosa took the students out to the Orchard Street area, where they painted several fire hydrants.
