SHERIFF VICTOR HILL Orders Murder Suspect Jorge Beltran Placed #1 On His Top Ten Most Wanted. 
Last night at “The Oasis” located on Jonesboro Road, Jorge Beltran shot and killed a man who tried to defuse a altercation between Beltran and another individual. After Clayton County Police obtained murder warrants for Beltran, Sheriff Victor Hill ordered his elite Fugitive Squad to begin hunting for Beltran and had him placed #1 on the top ten most wanted.
Beltran is describe as a 17 year Hispanic male approximately 5”11 tall weighing approximately 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Beltran should be considered armed and dangerous and if spotted, 911 should be dialed immediately.
