Winter Parking begins December 1st. Remember the simple rule, park for tomorrow. 
From December 1st to April 30th, overnight winter parking regulations are in effect between the hours of 12:00 am and 6:00 am.
Alternate Side Parking: Vehicles must alternate sides for overnight parking.
On odd-numbered days, between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 am vehicles shall only be parked on that side of the street having odd-numbered street addresses. (East and South Sides)
On even-numbered days, between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 am, vehicles shall only be parked on that side of the street having even-numbered street addresses. (North and West Sides)
Streets posted with “No Parking,” restrictions shall remain in effect; therefore are NOT under alternate side parking rules.
