The Santa Clara Police Department has received several inquiries about a helicopter circling near Santa Clara's northern border.
The San Jose Police Department (SJPD) is conducting an investigation near Tasman Drive and N. First Street. SJPD is utilizing a helicopter to assist with their efforts. Please avoid the area.
