MISSING PERSON AT RISK *UPDATE* 
Missing person, Richard White, has been located and is safe.
On November 12, 2019, the Davis Police Department responded to a report of a missing person. According to relatives, Richard Allen Wright, 74 years old, left the area of Gibson Road and Cottonwood Street in Woodland at approximately 9:30 this morning and failed to return home. Wright is described as a white male adult 6’-01” with grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark colored shirt, dark blue jeans and driving a silver Nissan Altima with a license plate of 8AZA815. Wright is considered at risk because of medical impairment.
