The Department of Public Works utilizes the same equipment for curbside bulk leaf collection and snow removal. Due to an early historic snowfall, the City will not be able to plow sidewalks until after leaf collection ends, at which time City equipment will be re-fitted for plowing sidewalks. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please plan accordingly.
