Newark Police Division's Clergy and Community Affairs Detective R. Moore, along with School Resource Officers K. Eley, J. Cosme, Police Officers R. Jones and Wilson-Morales, led children of South 17th Street Elementary School on a "Peace Walk" against bullying, child abuse, gang violence and violence against women and children last week. Members of Newark Council Member Joseph McCallum's staff, along with members of the Newark Police Explorers Post 2808 and other community partners also joined in the one-mile walk, cheered on by spectators as they walked alongside Newark Police and students.
