Handicap Parking Violation Results In Wanted Suspect Captured By SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Tactical Patrol!
There should be a public service announcement warning criminals that when they park in Clayton County, it is at their own risk of capture. Perhaps a warning like that could have saved Montavious Adams when a Sheriff’s Deputy observe him pulling into a handicap parking space without the proper decals. Adams gave the Deputy a false name of Felix Santiago hoping to avoid being arrested for having two outstanding warrants for violation of probation for entering auto and robbery. Adams quickly found himself in handcuffs.
A Mini Draco AK47 which was loaded with a 30 round clip filled with 7.62mm bullets was found in Adams vehicle
Subsequently Adams was charged with possession of a firearm by convicted felon, giving a false name, and received a parking ticket for the handicap violation.
Adams lack of respect for handicap parking now has him facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now better known to all as “The Hill-ton”.
