Wilmington Police arrest man on drug charges: 
Wilmington Police have arrested a man on drug charges.
On November 5 at approximately 11:23 a.m., officers observed 51-year-old Ronald Huff in the 800 block of West 4th Street engaged in several drug transactions. Officers stopped Huff and he was taken into custody without incident. Huff was in possession of 13 bags of heroin and was found to be wanted on an unrelated manner.
Huff was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20.
He was committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $350 cash-only bail.
