October 28th:

Auto Burglary – Starbucks, 3090 San Pablo Ave:
At 5:57 am, an officer responded to the call of an auto burglary. An unidentified suspect shattered the victim’s car window and stole property.

Auto Burglary – 9895 San Pablo Ave:
At 5:58 am, an officer responded to the call of an auto burglary. An unidentified suspect shattered the victim’s car window and stole property.

October 30th:

Recovered Stolen Auto – El Dorado St / Santa Clara Ave:
At 1:16 am, an officer located a parked 1998 Honda Accord, which was reported stolen to the Richmond PD on 10/25/19. The vehicle was unoccupied and later released to the registered owner.

Warrant Arrest – San Pablo Ave / Fairmount Ave:
At 1:27 am, an officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle for a right turn violation. The driver had a misdemeanor arrest warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was issued a citation for both the warrant and the turning violation.

Brandishing a firearm / Vandalism: San Pablo Ave. / Sutter Ave.:
At 11:51 am, an officer responded to the report of a road rage incident. The incident culminated when the victim was cut off by the suspect who was driving a gray vehicle, similar to a Honda. The suspect then exited their vehicle, produced a black handgun, and slammed it into the side of the victim’s car, causing a small dent.

Vandalism – 10794 San Pablo Ave (Marshall’s Lot):
At 7:10 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect shattered the right front window to the victim’s silver Hyundai Sonata.

Vandalism – 10794 San Pablo Ave (Marshall’s Lot):
At 7:33 pm, an officer reports the victim’s white Toyota Tundra was vandalized after an unknown female adult confronted him in the lot. The female approached the victim and appeared very agitated. The female then walked up to the victim’s vehicle and shattered both left-side windows with an unknown instrument. The female was last seen walking northbound along San Pablo Ave.

Grand Theft – 6000 EC Plaza (Bed Bath & Beyond):
At 7:38 pm, an officer reports an unknown male and female attempted to pay for merchandise at the counter and then left the store with a Dyson Air Purifier and a Dyson Stick Vacuum when their credit cards were declined. The male and female were not located.

Armed Robbery – BART Path / Conlon Ave:
At 7:54 pm, officers responded to a reported armed robbery with a firearm. An unidentified suspect brandished a dark-colored semi-automatic handgun and stole the victim’s property. The suspect was last seen walking southbound towards Knott Ave. The suspect was not located.

October 31st

Stolen Auto - 2500 block of Tulare Ave:
At 9:07 am, an officer responded to the report of a stolen vehicle. The victim’s black 2018 VW Tiguan was taken overnight by an unknown suspect.

November 1st

Stolen Vehicle – 600 block of Lexington Ave:
At 6:14 am, an officer reports an unknown suspect stole the victim’s vehicle from their residence sometime during the night. The victim’s wallet and credit cards, which had been inside the car, were used in a gas station in Oakland.

Shoplifting – 6000 El Cerrito Plaza:
At 9:33 am, an officer reports an unknown suspect loaded a shopping cart with several hundred dollars worth of merchandise and left the store without paying.

Grand Theft – 6600 block of Cutting Blvd:
At 12:18 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect removed a package from the victim’s porch sometime yesterday, which contained electronics valued at $1300.

Petty Theft – 7400 block of Moeser Ln:
At 1:56 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect removed a package from the victim’s porch while they were not home.

November 2nd

Residential Burglary – 600 block of Richmond St:
At 8:46 am, an officer reports an unknown suspect entered the victim’s unlocked residence and removed a wallet from a purse that had been left behind at the home.

Shoplifting – 6000 El Cerrito Plaza:
At 12:53 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect placed an item inside a backpack and walked out of the store without paying for the merchandise.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery – Gladys Ave / Liberty St:
At 3:47 pm, an officer recovered a vehicle which was reported stolen to the Oakland Police Department. The car was towed, and the owner was notified that his car had been located.

Concealed firearm – Arlington Blvd. near Barrett Avenue:
An officer made a traffic stop on a vehicle and discovered the driver had a warrant for his arrest. While searching the vehicle, a loaded handgun was found under the driver’s seat. The driver was arrested on the gun charges and the arrest warrant. He was booked at the ECPD and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

November 3rd

Stolen Vehicle – 10800 block of San Pablo Ave:
At 10:28 pm, an officer reports the victim’s vehicle was stolen by a known acquaintance who did not have permission to take the vehicle. The officer contacted the suspect who admitted to taking the car but declined to return it to the owner.

Warrant Arrest – San Pablo Ave / Eastshore Blvd:
At 4:33 pm, an officer reports the arrest of a 25-year-old woman who had a warrant for her arrest. The woman was later transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Burglary – 10598 San Pablo Avenue, Baskin Robbins:
Officers went to a call that two people had just come into Baskin Robbins and ran out with the tip jar. An officer located one of the suspects who admitted his involvement in the theft and was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant for theft from San Francisco. He was arrested, booked at the ECPD, and then transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Shoplifting – 11319 San Pablo Avenue, Chevron:
Officers went to a call of three subjects who went into the Chevron mini-mart and took food without paying. An officer located the three suspects a few blocks away, and the store clerk identified them as the people responsible for the theft. They were arrested, booked at the ECPD, and issued citations and released.

November 4th

Warrant arrest – 6009 Potrero Avenue, Hotel Mira Vista:
An officer discovered that a woman staying at the hotel had a felony warrant for her arrest issued by the Alameda County Sherriff’s Office. The woman was arrested, booked at the ECPD, and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
