Wilmington Police arrest two juveniles, recover stolen vehicle after foot pursuit: 
Wilmington Police have arrested two juveniles and recovered a stolen vehicle.
On November 5 at approximately 11:41 a.m., police were dispatched to the 500 block of McCabe Avenue in reference to an accident involving a vehicle that had struck a building. Arriving officers learned that the occupants of the vehicle had fled on foot, and police observed a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male fleeing from the scene.
After a brief foot pursuit, both suspects were taken into custody without incident.
The 17-year-old male has been charged with the following offenses, in addition to a charge for driving without a valid license:
- Theft of a Motor Vehicle
- Receiving Stolen Property
- Criminal Mischief (Two Counts)
- Resisting Arrest
- Leaving the Scene of an Accident
The 16-year-old male was charged with resisting arrest, arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released pending further proceedings.
