November 1, 2019 through November 30, 2019, Gloucester Township Police in collaboration with Gloucester Township FOP Lodge 206 we will be conducting a fundraiser once again this year for "No Shave November"
If you are not familiar with “No Shave November", it is a campaign held annually from November 1st to November 30th to raise money and awareness for men’s health such as prostate cancer, testicular and men’s suicide. During the month of November, participants forgo shaving in order to evoke conversation regarding cancer and raise money for cancer research, education, and prevention.
That money goes to various organizations such as but not limited to the American Cancer Society, St. Judas Children’s Hospital, and Prevent Cancer Foundation.
In order for officers to participate they are required to donate $25.00. Participants are encouraged to solicit friends and family to donate to the cause by going to the “No Shave November” link.
