3rd Precinct Executive Officer Lieutenant A. Cruz along with 3rd Precinct Community Service Officer M. Silva and School Resource Officer A. Hart awarded bicycles to the two lucky winners of the Halloween 2019 best costume at Hawkins Street School and at Oliver Street School. Chris Bernardo of Commercial District Services, who assisted in the event, is also pictured, along with staff members of both schools.
