The City of Oneonta Department of Public Service will be conducting several hydrant flow tests on Thursday, November 7th, starting around 9:00 p.m. on Main Street near Third Street, across from Fox Hospital and near Reynolds Street.
During testing, a change in water color and pressure fluctuations can be expected.
