On June 20, 2019, Thi Huynh Huong was reported missing by her landlord. Huong was last seen at her residence in Santa Ana on June 15, 2018 and has not been sen or heard from since that date. At the time of Huong's disappearance, investigators in the state of Wisconsin identified her as a suspect in a Theft by Fraud case.
