On September 17, 2019, at about 3:20 am, an unknown suspect entered 20-year-old Raymond Richer’s home in the 10200 block of Casey Avenue in Delano. Richer was asleep with his family when he was shot multiple times. The suspect fled and Richer’s family members attempted life saving measures. Richer was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The suspect has not been identified. A photo of the victim is attached.
