Deputies arrest Adam Stewart & Beatrice Rabideau, both from San Bernardino after connecting them to a stolen vehicle
DATE/TIME: November 3, 2019 1:33 P.M.
INCIDENT: Felon in Possession of Firearm, Receiving Known Stolen Vehicle, Possession of Narcotics For Sale, Violation of Probation.
LOCATION: 26600 Block of Highland Ave, Highland
SUSPECT(S): Adam Stewart, age 41 a resident of San Bernardino; Beatrice Rabideau, age 43 a resident of San Bernardino
SUMMARY:
Deputies from the Highland Sheriff's Station were investigating a reported stolen vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle at a local motel parking lot. Based on witness information and other physical evidence, deputies contacted Adam Stewart and Beatrice Rabideau at one of the motel rooms. Stewart was found to be on felony formal probation for receiving known stolen vehicle out of San Bernardino.
During the investigation, deputies also located a large amount of narcotics for sale and an unregistered firearm (rifle). Stewart was booked at Central Detention Center on the above charges. Rabideau was booked at Central Detention Center on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
