INCIDENT:   Pimping and Pandering of an Adult
 
LOCATION: 15000 Block of E. Holt Ave., Ontario
 
SUSPECT:   Trevon Dorsey, 24 year old resident of Ontario
 
VICTIM(S):   Victim 1- Confidential, 18 year old female from Los Angeles, Ca
                     Victim 2- Confidential 20 year old female from Las Vegas, NV
 
 
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday October 24, 2019, investigators from the San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force responded to assist Ontario Police Officers who had detained three subjects near the 15000 Block of E. Holt Ave. Ontario officers had initially responded to the report of an assault, however during their investigation they discovered information that caused them to suspect human trafficking was involved. All three subjects were transported to the Ontario Police Station for additional interviews. During the interviews, information was provided supporting that all three subjects were involved in the commercialized sex industry. Task Force investigators were able to determine both victims had been brought to the City of Ontario for the specific purpose of soliciting for prostitution. Task Force investigators also found information that force and fear had been used by Trevon Dorsey against both victims, forcing them to work as prostitutes on his behalf. Both victims were rescued and offered immediate services.
 
As a result, Dorsey was taken into custody and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for felony violation of Domestic Violence, Assault and False Imprisonment. Additional chares for felony violation of Pimping and Pandering of an Adult followed. He is currenly being held in lieu of $200,000 bail.
 
The San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force is made up investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, District Attorney’s Office, Ontario Police Department, Redlands Police Department, California State Parole, Office of Homeland Security, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
