A cyber tip led to the arrest of Luis Luna of Victorville for Possession of Child Pornography

SUSPECT: Luis Luna, 45 years old, resident of Victorville
SUMMARY:
Investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Crimes Against Children Division (CAC), began an investigation into a cyber tip that was reported by an Electronic Service Provider (ESP). The cyber tip contained videos of child pornography. Through investigation, investigators determined the ESP account belonged to the suspect, Luis Luna.
On Thursday, October 31, 2019, personnel from CAC and the Victorville Sheriff’s Station contacted Luna at his residence in the city of Victorville. At the conclusion of an investigation, Luna was arrested for possession of child pornography. Luna was subsequently booked into High Desert Detention Center and bail was set at $250,000.
