Crimes Against Children Detectives investigated a cyber tip & arrested Aaron Medina for Possession of Child Porn

LOCATION: City of Rancho Cucamonga
SUSPECT: Aaron Medina, 26 years old, resident of Fontana
SUMMARY:
Investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Crimes Against Children Division (CAC), began an investigation into a cyber tip that was reported by an Electronic Service Provider (ESP). The cyber tip contained various images and videos of child pornography. Through investigation, investigators determined the ESP account belonged to the suspect, Aaron Medina.
On Thursday, October 31, 2019, personnel from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Specialized Enforcement Detail (SED) arrested Medina in Fontana. At the conclusion of an interview with Medina, he was arrested for possession of child pornography. Medina was subsequently booked into Central Detention Center and bail was set at $500,000.
