TRAFFIC LIGHT AT INTERSECTION OF BELVIDERE AVENUE AND CHURCH STREET MALFUNCTIONING-PLEASE USE CAUTION 
The traffic signal controlling the intersection of Belvidere Avenue and Church Street experienced a malfunction in the early morning hours and is blinking red/yellow currently. Traffic signal maintenance has been dispatched and has an ETA of approximately one hour. We hope to have this repaired quickly-in the interim please use caution when navigating this intersection.
