Winter Weather Advisory in effect for the Village of Newtown area through 6am on 01/08/2010. 
National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Hamilton County including the Village of Newtown until 6am Friday 01/08/2010.
Snow will spread across the area this morning and continue through the day. Daytime accumulations will range from 1 to 4 inches. Snow will continue into the evening and then taper off after midnight. Storm total accumulations will be 3 to 6 inches.
The Newtown Police Department and Service Department will be working throughout the next 24 hours to keep the roads clear. A winter weather advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
