Milling operations will begin on Monday, November 4, 2019 on Larkin Williams Rd. from Larkin Williams/Yarnell intersection (River Rd.) to Wolfner Dr.  Paving operations will begin Tuesday, November 5, 2019 within the same area with continued paving on Wednesday, November 6, 2019.  During these operations, Larkin Williams Rd. will be ONE WAY from the River Rd. to Wolfner Dr.  Signs will be in place throughout the project limits directing motorists.  Message boards were placed at each end of the project to inform the public of the construction, one-way traffic and to expect delays.
