IBIS BRIDGE REPLACEMENT ALERT

2900 BLOCK NE 23^RD AVENUE

Please be advised that the FDOT project to replace the Ibis Bridge located in the 2900 block of NE 23^rd Avenue (Lighthouse Drive) will commence this coming Monday morning, NOVEMBER 4^th, 2019.  At that time the roadway will be closed for the duration of the project, estimated to take one year.  Please follow the attached link for a general detour map.  Due to the nature of the neighborhood detours the city urges residents and other roadway travelers to enter/exit the south end of the city directly on NE 24^th St, NE 29^th St and NE 36^th St (Sample Road) rather than traversing the detours.
