* Flood Warning for The Vermilion River near Leonore, or from IL-23 near Streator downstream to confluence with the Illinois River.
* from late tonight to Friday morning.
* At 1245 PM Thursday the stage was 15.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to near flood stage early Friday.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet...Water begins to flood low lying agricultural land near river.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LA SALLE, IL
