Just a reminder that Trick or Treating will be held in Chelsea today between the hours of 5:30p-7:30p today. As always please use caution when traveling in the area; there will be lots of children and adults out walking in and around the City streets. This is especially important due to the decreased visibility, rain and potential slick road conditions. We hope that everyone stays as warm and dry as possible and most importantly, stays safe!
