Manchester Halloween Trick-or-Treating has been rescheduled. Sun Nov 3 from 2-4pm 
Chief Carlo Capano has rescheduled the Halloween Trick-or-Treating in Manchester due to wind and rain in the forecast. The concern is that flooding and debris could cause hazards for children and their families as they try to walk the streets in the dark. The Halloween event has now been moved to November 3, 2019. Please be mindful of the kids on Sunday afternoon, between 2-4pm. Have a safe and happy Halloween.
