Expect ROAD CLOSURES & POLICE ACTIVITY in School Street, Wampus Avenue & Glendale Avenue area, on THURSDAY, 10/31/2019, from approximately 4PM to 9PM, for HALLOWEEN festivities. Only local residents that live in affected area may be escorted within restricted area.
