Breeders Cup Traffic Information: Breeders Cup, Santa Anita Race Track, Nov 1st and 2nd. 
The Arcadia Police Department would like to remind our residents and visitors that the 2019 Breeders Cup will be held at Santa Anita Park, 285 W. Huntington Dr., on the weekend of November 1-2, 2019. This event draws large crowds which will impact vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the city and surrounding areas. Expect Traffic delays on November 1st and 2nd, 2019, between 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In order to facilitate better traffic flow, the following restrictions and closures will be necessary:
* Baldwin/Colorado access roads will be closed November 01 & 02, 2019 preventing access to Colorado from Baldwin and access to Baldwin from Colorado.
* San Juan will be closed at Colorado Place on November 01 & 02, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
* No right turns from Colorado Place to Colorado Blvd on November 01 & 02, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
* No right or left turns from Huntington Dr. to northbound Baldwin on November 01 & 02, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
We encourage you to plan your travels accordingly and use alternate routes during the dates and times listed above.
