Commerce St. & Veterans Rd. CLOSED TODAY from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm for Lions Club Halloween Parade 
Yorktown Police Department Chief of Police Robert Noble advises motorists that on Saturday October 26, 2019 between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm the Yorktown Lions Club will be sponsoring a Halloween Costume Parade.
To provide for safety of parade participants and spectators the following roadways will be closed temporarily to accommodate this event:
- Commerce Street @ Downing Drive
- Hanover Street @ Commerce Street
- Commerce Street between Veterans Rd and Downing Drive
- Veterans Road between Commerce Street and Maple Hill Street
