1. Starting at approx. 1:30 p.m., West Moore St will be closed between Washington St and Route 46. Will open at approx. 5:30 p.m. 2. Starting at approx. 2:00 p.m.,West Moore St will be closed between Beatty St and Jefferson St for the parade line up. When the parade starts at 3:00 p.m.,West Moore St will be closed between Beatty St and Route 46. When the parade is over, the other sections of West Moore St will reopen. People interested in watching the parade can utilize the sidewalks along West Moore St.
