The Sheboygan Police Department is looking for an 84 year old male named Richard who wandered from his home. He is a white male approximately 6'02 tall and 150 lbs. He was last walking near N 36th St / Saemann Ave. Richard is wearing a gray/blue jacket, beige pants, black shoes, and a dark baseball cap. If you have any information please call us at 459-3333.
