Narcotics Search Warrant Executed

LOCATION: Appleby Drive Ocean Township
OFFICERS INVOLVED: Detectives Jesse Orbach, Michael Legg, Chris Brady, Michael Melody, Steven Walker, Raheem Carter and Detective Lieutenant Eduardo Segarra.
ACCUSED: Eleftherios Megaris 30 year old Male/ Ocean Township.
Over a two month period, Detectives conducted a narcotics investigation where they conducted surveillance on numerous occasions. On August 21, 2019 members of the Ocean Twp. Criminal Investigation Bureau executed a warrant at 2500 Appleby Drive, the residence of Eleftherios Megaris. During the search warrant Detectives recovered over six pounds of marijuana, narcotic packaging materials, THC cartridges, THC wax and approximately $28,000.00 in cash. Megaris was charged with Possession of Over 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and Distribution of Over 5 pounds of Marijuana.
