STARTING TODAY MONDAY 10/21 NORTH CASTLE HIGHWAY WILL BEGIN ROAD REHABILITATION OF BALDWIN ROAD. 
Dear Resident:
Starting TODAY OCTOBER 21, the North Castle Highway Department will be starting the removal of pavement on Baldwin Road.. Immediately following we will begin prepping these roads for paving and after that paving will begin weather permitting.
Please drive slowly. The road will not be entirely closed but you can expect some DELAYS, so please allow extra time for your travels.
We ask for your cooperation in making sure there are no parking of vehicles in the road or on the shoulder until the work is completed. Your cooperation will help us complete this work on schedule.
