* At 1227 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing both tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage were located over Fairview, or over McKinney, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
* These dangerous storms will be near... Lucas around 1230 AM CDT. Princeton and Lowry Crossing around 1235 AM CDT. Farmersville around 1245 AM CDT. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Melissa, Westminster, Blue Ridge, New Hope and Weston.
* AFFECTED AREAS: COLLIN, TX
