Please Help Investigator's Identify Found Child.

Investigators need the public’s help in identifying and locating the parents or guardian of a toddler found early this morning in northwest Harris County.

On Sunday, October 20, 2019, at approximately 01:00 a.m., HCSO deputies dispatched to 16900 Avenfield Road in reference to a Welfare Check.

Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with a caller, who reported he found an unknown Hispanic male child about 3-years-old and walking alone eastbound on Spring Cypress at Village Creek Trail on the westbound side of the roadway near the entrance to Village Creek subdivision.

Deputies, along with Harris County Precinct 4 deputy constables searched in and around the surrounding neighborhood with negative results.
No calls for service were received for a missing child.

The juvenile male, pictured here, is wearing a black Batman t-shirt and black colored sweatpants.

He was transported to Child Protective Services after EMS cleared him with no injuries.
