This is an emergency notification from the Lubbock Police Department regarding a(n) Road Closed. Due to crash investigations, expect road closures and traffic delays in the following areas from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.: 8800 University Avenue, 4500 Quaker Avenue and 3800 University Avenue. The LPD needs the public to avoid the area.
