Missing/Runway Juvenile: Paula Noble-Pritchard, 14 
Deputies are looking for 14-year-old Paula Noble-Pritchard. She was last seen at 11 p.m. yesterday, October 16th, in the 4300 block of N. Holmes in KCMO wearing a black hooded shirt with “Pink” written on the sleeves and ripped blue jeans. She's 5'6, 115 lbs with red hair.
