Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate two men who attempted to steal merchandise from a Commack store.

Two men entered Walmart, located at 85 Crooked Hill Road, on October 2 at approximately 9:30 p.m. and unsuccessfully attempted to steal a 58-inch Hisense Roku television and other merchandise by trying to go through a locked gate in the lawn and garden department. Then men fled the store with no proceeds.
 

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about these incidents can contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, texting “SCPD” and your message to “CRIMES” (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. All calls, text messages and emails will be kept confidential.
