Leaf Bags 
Leaf bags available at the Recycling Center Monday through Saturday 8:30 am - 4 pm; Sunday 11 am - 3 pm.
15 free bags per household, while the supplies last.
Leaf pickup at the curb in bags begins the first week of November and goes through December. The leaves in bags are picked up by Gaeta Recycling. Leaves that you drag out to the curb loose will be picked up by the Borough of Hawthorne DPW in accordance with the leaf schedule which can be found in the Borough Calendar and the Borough Website. The Weekly Schedule is by Ward/Zone:
1 & 3 = 10/28,11/11, 11/25 & 12/19
2 & 4 = 11/4, 11/18, 12/2 & 12/16
