Detectives are investigating two home invasion robberies & have limited leads;they request assistance from the public

DATE: October 15, 2019

INCIDENT: PC 212.5 – Home Invasion Robbery

LOCATION: 6700 Block of Di Carlo Place, Rancho Cucamonga
13000 Block of Carnesi Drive, Rancho Cucamonga

SUSPECTS: Unknown Black males

SUMMARY:
On Thursday, October 3, 2019 at approximately 8:50 p.m., deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to the 6700 block of Di Carlo Place for a report of a home invasion robbery.

Investigation revealed that several black male suspects approached the residence armed with an unknown type handgun. The suspect tied the residents up and stole numerous items from the residence.

On Monday, October 14, 2019 at approximately 7:07 p.m., deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to the 13000 Block of Carnesi Drive for a report of another home invasion robbery. During this robbery, unknown black males approached the victim in the driveway, while armed with an unknown handgun, and forced the victim into the residence, where the suspects stole numerous items.

Detectives from the Rancho Cucamonga Police are actively investigating both incidents. They are working with limited leads and are requesting the assistance from the public. Due to the on-going complex investigation, we are not releasing any further details at this time.

Detectives would like to remind the public to be extra vigilant and very cautious around your residence; keeping all doors locked, etc. If you see a suspicious vehicle, you are urged to contact police immediately.
