Spots are still Available: Free Landlord Training
On Wednesday October 16, 2019 from 12pm-5:00 PM at the Neville Public Museum the department will host a free Landlord Training Program. The Training, “Keeping Illegal Activity out of Your Rental Property” will answer frequent questions landlords have and guide them in securing renters.
The Green Bay Police Department is committed to a partnership with our landlords and property owners. We would much rather work with property owners to keep illegal activity out of the city rather than deal with the consequences after the problem has entrenched itself in the community. This training is open to landlords owning one property or multiple unit complexes. Several presenters will be providing information to include:
• Representative of the Green Bay Police Department
• City of Green Bay Housing Inspector
• Landlord / Tenant Attorney
• City Attorney’s Office
• The Mediation Center of Greater Green Bay
