Due to the long term power outage, traffic signal lights around the city are going to be turning off. Public works will be setting up temporary stop signs at the major intersections as needed. However, if you approach an intersection where the signal lights are not functioning, please treat the intersection like a four way stop before proceeding through the intersection.
Instructions:
Please proceed with caution through intersections with no power to traffic signal lights.
