South Brunswick Health Department is seeking information about a dog bite- Occurred 10/4 in the area of Viking Way.

The South Brunswick Health Department is seeking any information about the owner of dog that bit a child on Friday October 4, 2019. The incident took place on a walking path along Viking Way in the Dean's Pond Development around 7pm. An 8 year old girl was jogging with two friends when they encountered  a woman walking a dog on a leash. The dog jumped on the girl and bit her forearm. The woman pulled the dog back and asked the girl if she was ok. The girl said yes and went to a friend's house where they discovered  the bite marks.


The woman walking the dog was described  as a white female in her 30s with curly red hair. The dog was described as having brown short hair with black on its tail and ears.  The Health Department  needs the owner to contact them immediately 732 329-4000 ext. 7237 .
