DETAILS:  On Monday,October 7, 2019 at 12:30 pm, the Milford (CT) Police Department arrested Andrew Taylor (last known address of West Windsor, NJ) for 2 Counts of Breach of the Peace.  During this particular incident, Taylor was determined to have been yelling profanities and made statements that he was going to shoot children.  The location of the incident was in very close proximity to (2) schools as well as a Senior Center.  Taylor was found at that time to have no weapons in his possession and ultimately was charged with (2) Counts of Breach of the Peace.    
                
                      Chief Garofalo has taken proactive measures including coordinating communication between the WWPD’s Class III Division, Detective Bureau (Lead Investigator--Det. Woodrow), Patrol Division, Traffic Bureau, & K9 Units, Plainsboro Township PD, and West Windsor-Plainsboro School Superintendent Dr. Aderhold’s Office as well as the Milford Police Department.  Chief Garofalo and our Officers top priority is the preservation of life.  We are especially mindful of the children in our schools.  As always, if our community needs our assistance, we will be there.
