On Thursday morning October 10 the Cecil County Administration Building , 200 Chesapeake Blvd. Elkton, will be CLOSED to all visitors until 9:30 AM due to an ALICE Armed Intruder Drill being conducted by the Sheriff's Office. No one will be granted access to the building or parking areas other than county staff reporting for work. All County Offices will return to normal business upon conclusion of the drill.
