5th Precinct Commander Captain E. Lopez speaks to members of the Girard Place Block Association yesterday. Captain Lopez also met with members of the Mildred Helms Park Resurrection Committee regarding their plans.
Community Service Officers G. Hines and M. Muhammad attended The Creators Breast Cancer Support Group. The group's founder, Mrs. Best, honored Officer Hines for supporting the group's cause during a banquet at Philemon Baptist Church.
