Upon receiving a complaint from a concerned citizen of a broken sewer frame at Washington and Pearl streets, 3rd Precinct Community Service Officer R. Barbosa contacted the Water and Sewer Department to have the frame repaired.
Officer Barbosa thanks the concerned citizen for partnering with us to keep our neighborhoods safe.
